    Clr. Sandra McCarthy, President of Healthy Cities Illawarra, will officially launch an exciting new community website – the first of its kind in Australia. The ‘Play Illawarra’ website will provide parents and carers across the Illawarra with detailed information on more than 250 playgrounds from their own home computer.   • Grant Success to Secure Breakfast Programs Future
    01/08/06 - Healthy Cities Illawarra is delighted to announce that it has been successful in obtaining three year funding from the Department of Community Services - Area Assistance Scheme to support the development and sustainability of the region's breakfast programs.

    27/02/06 - The Healthy Cities Aged Taskforce recently organized the delivery of dental chairs and treatment equipment to three Nursing Homes as part of a partnership to provide improved oral health services to older people living in Aged accommodation.
